( MEP ) Dynamic Meditation and Episodes with Sarah Sturm & Dr. Jeff Riepe of Move Lab
Lots of listening and what training could look like
Aaron Rodgers on Aubrey Marcus Podcast
I feel that this is a deeply worthwhile listen. Aaron and Aubrey go into the depths of some of the deepest issues, reverence for life, what Self love is and how different plant medicines can contribute, help and take you not where you want to go, but where you need to go. Plant medicines are certainly not for everyone, and I also feel the emphasis of this episode shouldn’t be on the plant medicines – it should be on the challenges Aaron shares, the awareness and insights it takes to work through them, the possibility for all of us to confront what’s hiding in the shadows and come out stronger, more clear, more compassionate. Also a reaffirming note that vulnerability is the way to our strength, to be seen, to feel and share love and both of these men allow that vulnerability to come through in a way that we need more of in this world ( Listen )
Podcast with Sarah Sturm
On episode 72 Sarah Sturm shares her smiling energy with me as we dive into riding bikes, working a 9 to 5 mid-cycling career, getting to create product and how keeping up with her partner helped her grow. Sarah had an unusual path into the job of cycling and continues to forge her own way, inspiring women and men to ride with a smile, bring others along with her and even once in awhile accept that she might be pretty good, or at least tough. I really enjoyed speaking to Sarah and her enthusiasm and excitement are contagious, and hopefully you can feel some of that through our conversation ( Listen )
Dr. Jeff Riepe of MOVE LAB
On episode 71 I spoke with Dr. Jeff Riepe from Move Lab in Los Angeles. He is a Doctor of Physical Therapy Board Certified Athletic Trainer who is focused on bridging the gap of rehabilitation and performance training at the highest end. Working with college and pro athletes, as well as amateurs like myself, Jeff uses a mix of the most innovative technologies along with his own experience and intuition to help support, heal and grow athletes not only in their bodies but their minds as well. I love chatting with Jeff about all things performance and after working with him at Move Lab for the last 18 months, I was looking forward to diving in on the podcast ( Listen )
Osho Dynamic Meditation
I’ve been leaning into more embodiment and fire lately and Osho had some great practices for this process. One of his dynamic meditations, which is usually about a 60-minute exercise has been brought down to a 10-minute version in this video, which I find super helpful and much easy to mix into my days. I’ve been using it with my men’s group to great effect and have really been enjoying it when I make the time.

For any triathlon or running nerds, I really enjoyed this behind the scenes training session with Gustav Iden, Kristian Blummenfelt and Aaron Royle – the three podium finishers at the recent PTO Canadian Open by some strange coincidence, maybe because they’re all smiling and having fun in training?
That podcast with Aaron Rodgers was beautiful.
