Podcast, Season 2
It’s taken a few months but finally launching the new season of the podcast under the new name today. I’m kicking it off with a solo episode that dives into the MEP concept, lessons from my Road to 70.3, a recent series of DMT ceremonies and surrendering to the Tao. I’m really excited about doing these solo episodes monthly, but even more so to share some of the guests that will be on the podcast soon as well: Listen to Season 2, Episode 69
Reading: The Drama of the Gifted Child
I just finished this book by Alice Miller, original published in 1969 and it’s one of the most powerful books I’ve gone through. With all reading of this nature, I feel we’ll get what we can with our level of awareness and willingness to see into the shadow, but for me, right now—this is one of the most blunt and insightful books I’ve read on childhood development, specifically in relation to the mother in the early years. How does this play out in our lives, as partners, coaches, therapists and parents? The nuance and depth Miller shares in this book is potent to say the least, and not for the faint of heart, but certainly for those looking to truly look inside and develop your True Self.
Great short film showcasing the EF Education-EasyPost sports director Andreas Klier and his approach to sport and painting.
