4X1 Coaching Program
I’m launching the first cohort of my new 4X1 Coaching Program. Over a month in an intimate group we’ll have 4 weekly, 2 hour calls and each person will have a 1 hour call with myself. Pulling from my experience facilitating a mens group, retreats, coaching 1-on-1 and integrating breathwork and meditation – I felt called to create this program for those interested in holistic life coaching, and also in need of deeper community and connection. During the month together we’ll dive into lifestyle awareness, use practices with the breath and mind, create goal setting and accountability, dive into a specific book for each person and have an intimate and safe container to share, been seen and heard, and receive guidance from the group and myself.
This will be the Beta experience of 4X1 and so I’m offering it at the lowest cost possible and space is limited to 8 participants for this first session. We’ll be starting the first week of October and I’m really excited to dive in, meet new people, share and connect and hopefully offer a space for transformation, growth and healing. The 4X1 Coaching Program is open to everyone and no prerequisites are required.

Vinh Pham: Beyond Fear, Mindset Physiotherapy and Changing an Industry
On episode 73 I finally tracked down Vinh Pham, founder of Myodetox. His schedule has been crazy with the opening of his industry-changing physiotherapy studios across Canada and Los Angeles, his work with top athletes from around the world and fitting in some boxing. I knew of Vinh through Myodetox but I had no idea what he was actually like until we sat down and I honestly came away inspired and feeling like he's a bit of a genius. On the episode he shares a life changing experience and how it helped him shed his fear and follow his dreams to create something truly special. We touch on the physiotherapy industry and how he hopes to change it, we speak about his recently published book, Sit Up Straight: Futureproof Your Body Against Chronic Pain with 12 Simple Movements, and how he practices what he preaches in his own life ( Listen )
‘BREATH+BRICK’ with 2XU
If you’re in Los Angeles this weekend, I’m going to be leading a BREATH+BRICK workout with 2xu in the lead-up to the Malibu Triathlon. We’ll be doing some breathwork and going into a short ride and short tempo run in Griffith Park, kicking off at the Crystal Springs parking lot at 930am on Sunday, September 11.
