š Guided Pre-Run Intention
Over the last month or so Iāve decide to really dive into coaching, specifically around running and a part of that is integrating guided sessions, meditations and alternative ways to recover and enhance the experience of movement. The first guided meditation Iāve done is for setting your intention before the run, to check in with yourself and see what you need. It might not be perfect but Iām excited to explore this medium of content and hopefully invite this layer to your practice of running ( Listen )

There are a LOT of courses, videos, podcasts and places when it comes to Qi Gong, but almost every one Iāve seen doesnāt get close to communicating the depth and simplicity as Damo Mitchell does. Heās been practicing these eastern arts since the age of four and has committed his life to the depth of understanding and sharing these practices that are truly life changing. After diving into Taoism myself earlier this year, I found myself returning to Damoās teachings again, wondering why I strayed from this path when I feel it resonates so deeply.
