Running Practice Collection Launch
Running Practice is Mindful Endurance Program’s exploration of running, through changing our awareness and approach to endurance sport. This practice uses running the medium to integrate our mind body connection, inspired by different Taoist philosophies and using breathwork and meditation to bring more intention to the experience of movement.
The capsule collection by MEP for RunAsYouAre has its foundation in Yin and Yang, as with everything in life. All of the pieces are made with Reigning Champ, both the performance running items and the hand-dyed cotton pieces and the collection includes a custom Meditation Stool by Walden, as well as Palo Santo incense cones.
The collaboration releases June 14th in Vancouver with a series of MEP experiences over the weekend led by Ryan Willms.
